Kyiv (ICRC) – Twenty years have passed since the adoption in Ottawa, Canada of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction, commonly known as the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention.
